
After the liberation of Kuwait, many Kuwaiti companies had
to rethink, restructure and rebuild their businesses through merger, liquidation
and acquisition. As a result, a clear need for professional consultancy
in technical and financial management emerged. The office of Zuhair Bader
Al Sadon was established in 1992 to meet these needs. Since then we have
gained wide experience in restructuring and asset management of investment
portfolios.
Our clients include Government agencies in addition to
public and private companies. In the public sector we acted as an adviser
to the Kuwait Investment Authority on the sale of their local portfolio
shares (as part of the privatisation plan) and acted for the Authority as
product developer for the Forward Trading of Equity in the Kuwait Stock
Exchange. In the private Sector we worked for Wafra Financial Investment
Co., Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment Co. and other financial
institution.

Mr. Zuhair Bader Al Sadon is licensed as a financial adviser and economic
consultant in Kuwait. He is a well known consultant in the Gulf region.
Prior to working as a consultant for ABC Investment & Services, the
financial arm of Arab Banking Corporation, for two years, Mr. Al Sadon had
worked for the Gulf Bank for five years. From 1985 until 1988, Mr. Al Sadon
was Chairman and Managing Director of "IFA", an investment company
with a capital of KD33 million ($120 million). In 1981 Mr. Al Sadon assisted
in creating The Securities Group, a public company with a Capital of KD50
million ($150 million). He was also the Managing Director for the Company
until 1985.
Mr. Al Sadon graduated from The Catholic University of
America, Washington D.C., in 1974. |
